Secretary's Report
FARC Minutes November 2011
The meeting was called to order by President KG4YDC, Jennifer at the Golden Corral in Easley. There were 5 members and 5 guests present. The guests were welcomed.
The minutes from the last meeting were approved.
The treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Wes KS4XQ Repeater Trustee, says both repeaters are performing well.
Old Business: Officers were elected last month and Bob KG4YDB is now 1st vice president, Jennifer KF4YDC and Gretchen KE4HGX were re-elected as President and secretary/ treasurer. Christmas dinner will be Dec. 5th at Capri’s.
New Business: Dues will be up for renewal in January.
Jennifer and Wes gave a power-point presentation on Ham radio at Liberty Middle school last month. The teacher, Clair Eades, gave a report on their visit. It was a huge success and they were invited to return in the future.
The drawing was held for the 50/50 and the meeting was adjourned.
